Future Fibres Trading Co Pty Ltd (FFTCo) is committed to protecting your privacy and is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act (Commonwealth) 1988.

FFTCo only use your personal information to respond to your communications with us and to provide you with further information about our services and products. FFTCo do not provide the personal details FFTCo collect from you to any third parties under any circumstances unless required by law.

If FFTCo use your personal information to inform you of other FFTCo services and products, such as our company updates, FFTCo will always respect your decision should you wish to not partake in or receive such communications and FFTCo will provide you with an option to unsubscribe at any time. Furthermore, FFTCo has security protocols in place to ensure the utmost protection of your personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

“Future Fibres Trading Co” is a registered Australian company (Future Fibres Trading Co Pty Ltd (ABN: 52 655 064 841). We export Australian merino wool to organisations and businesses “Customers” outside Australia, including but not limited to China, America and Europe and deal with our Customers and their representatives “Users” through our “Website” [www.futurefibres.com.au] and social media Facebook and Instagram (together “Channels”). When we use the word “you” in this policy, we mean a visitor to our Channels. When we refer to “us”, “we”, or “our” we mean Future Fibres Trading Co Pty Ltd.

Where our Website and Channels link to or rely upon third party applications or websites, the privacy policies of those third parties apply. You should consider the policies of those websites and apps when using our Website and Channels.


Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information from you through our Channels, including through ‘contact us’ forms. Re-organisation

Retention

We retain your personal information as long as you are using or accessing our Channels and where we are continuing to respond to your requests; and for six months following this . After this we delete your personal information provided that we are not required, for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, to retain it. We may retain de-identified information for longer periods of time to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations; and for other business reporting. Where we retain such data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law. When we no longer require your personal information, we will ensure it is destroyed or de-identified.
